    Red face Hallelujah!!!

I've been waiting for my last two crestie eggs to hatch since they were laid on 8 Oct 11. Well almost 4 ½ months later one finally hatched last night. Just waiting for its clutch mate now and its egg is quite a lot bigger.

    Here's a few pics.

    Hope you like!

both. This is by far the longest wait I've had with the eggs. It was like waiting for Christmas all over again lol.

It can take 60 to over 120 days to hatch. Mine went over that lol. I was pretty sure the eggs were fine as I candled them when I found them and they were fertile plus they have continued to swell and the one that has just hatched turned its egg slightly. I was starting to get a bit worried though.
