Barra"s Reef build

Hi folks
New tank thread alert!
The time has come for me to upgrade from my current tank of 18mths, being a plug & play Aquareef 200 it has been a great starter tank for me, but fallen into that space of wanting bigger lol, as most of us do.
Have been slowly buying equipment 2nd hand & gaining knowleadge over past few months, have a long way yet to get all i need but as funds allow it will get there.
New tank diamentions are 42Lx28wx26h and placement of this has been a bit of a headache but finally (with the nod off swmbo) created a corner for it.



getting the picture now! wallpaper was part of the deal will wifey
moving on i have made a start with the cabinet, using 4x2 & 3x2 cls
for framework with 18mm ply bases & 12mm back.
height of cab stands at 900mm tall, this is giving me 820mm internal height so plenty of room to mess about with.



Will be cladding this with kitchen doors and panels for finish.
