Default removing/preventing mulm in bottom of weir

hey all, removal is fairly easy by siphoning i spose, but is there a stand pipe set up i can mod to to reduce its build up?

i currently have the 2 pipe system, both are straight pipes, no durso etc.

also how bad is it? will it have a negative impact on water quality?

oh, and why is it called mulm???

My main pipe with the valve on is 1/2" off the bottom of the weir so that sucks everything up. The top of the loop is near the top of the weir still

You can have it like system96 sats or put a powerhead in the weir to stir it up so it goes over the weir. chris
