    Default no pox and rowaphos

    do you remove rowa when running nopox, if so for how long?

    i removed mine 20 mins before i started dosing nopox.

    I always ran mine in a reactor at the same time.

    Nopox impacts pretty fast on nitrate, however it can take several weeks to effect po4. I would leave it running tbh.
