    Default scared for my bta

Hello I an new to this forum and I need help & advice
I have had my system up & running for nearly fours years now , I read all the time to get as much info about what I am keeping as poss.
I recently got a,green bta from lfs had it for about two weeks now and I can't find out the answer to my question
Why is it everywhere I read it says must have strong lighting to keep a bta ?as mine went under a rock and has stayed there since, I can see it and its looked ok ish but today it looks a little mis shaped and not many tentacles out much at all ? Any ideas? My parameters where checked and all good and lights are two new 54w t5s and 2 new 39watt actinics , I was told that's fine as my tank isn't very deep .so is it going to be ok or what should I do ?
Oh I forgot to mention I have a pair of tomato clowns and they were all over it the first day I put the bta in , could this be to much for the anenome? I read of people putting protection round it for a while to stop clowns hassling it any views please

Hi mate i have a BTA in my tank and was worried about weird movements by him. I was told not too worry he was expelling waste and water changing. As regards to the light, it will move so it is happy
    Hope this helps

Hi BTA dont need as much light as other nems and what you have is ok when new in a tank they do take a few weeks to settle in and will go where they like best. If you have a turkey baster squirt some mysis into it and it will soon respond and come out hth chris
