So people the start to say there is no differance between normal TV and HD but trust me there is and its all down to the end user if they want to justify the extra expense.

If people have a HD box and dont subscribe to Sky HD they still can get BBC HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 etc, etc free and if your into sports then its worth every penny.

thanks for clarifying. It may well be down to my eyesight being a glasses wearer, although I didn't think it was that bad as I only actually wear them for tv and driving.

For HDMI cables, never ever buy a £30 jobby from a curries or whatever, they all exactly the same it was tested a proved. A £3 one does the same job as £30 one.

    Yep true words.

Its only data, bits and bytes and the only time you need a quality HDMI cable is when your looking at 10 mtrs plus.

For the average punter box to tv enem a cheap £1.00 one from fleebay will do.

Im using 5mtr cables that cost me peanuts via fleebay and work just as well as the robbing buggers in Currys or comets sell.

    Regards
