I think the brineshrimp need a lower SG than you keep the pods and rots at. I have never heard of pods and rots being mixed with them tbh.

When I did a bit of breeding on my windowsill I read brine shrimp have to be cultured under rots and pods on a shelving unit as if they fall in they'll eat them all. I think that was on advanced aquarist. IIRC that is but it said somewhere brine shrimp can be pretty prolific eaters and go for anything.
I wouldn't , I reckon the brine shrimp would take over.. they eat everything and anything..
Pods and rotifers are a good mix tho, stick with that .
