Default what would you say is upsetting my corals

I have recently bought new corals and some new LR ...since rescaping two weeks ago I have noticed a few un happy characters in my tank.

Xenia which is always pulsing and fully extended -now withdrawn and receded inwards

Toady usually fully bristled and expanded- now looking deflated and reclused, it stays in during the day when lights on and comes out in the dark which it never did

Cabbage leaf usually large leaved and fully open- shrunk to 1/3 of the size

Acans x2 have shrunk into the skeleton leaving just tiny green bit peekin through some fell out... although got three others which are looking fine

Recently had a torch die (as previous thread of mine will tell you of its demise) (***before the rescape)***

***got other corals in the tank some... sps lps and majority seem completely unaffected

Tested the water last night .. usual tests nothing happening in there thats different since i got my tank... mature for two years- previous owner sold to me and i moved it to mine on jan 5th 12

Anybody give me any suggestions as to the root of the upset, as always much appreciated

    ammonia <0.05
    nitrite 0.05
    nitrate 10
    Ph 7.5
    kh 9
salt weird low the other day 1.021 now 1.025
Temp 27 at present usually 26 ish

did a calcium mg off the tropic marin test but I dont trust the outcome as the test is prone to ambiguity (precision involved)... retsted using the 4ml option to make the test supposedly more accurate
from memory it was something 1325 ...525 just slightly higher than the prescribed values hence me discarding them...

Looks like you may be experiencing a cycle still. But that is based on Ammonia and Nitrite only. If <0.05 is the lowest for Ammonia then this may not be the case.
Salinity at 1.021 will certainly not help.
What lighting do you have, and what is your tank size?
Are you running carbon, just in case your sulking softies are releasing toxins.

I have 2x T5 hybids.. admittedly need changing doing them this W/E but also have Aquarays.. 2 blue front... 2 white at the back.
I have tested the salt and it has strangely gone up 1.024/5 this wasn't the case last week, it was on the low side.
Just got an Ro unit installed and was in the process of making my 1st batch... increasing the salt level so it averaged out at 1.025... but the two now match so wondering whether its the change in salt level.. as it has increased without doubt..

I do run carbon also just added phosphate remover to my spare filter chamber

The finger points at the SG right now. It could be other things, but that is the obvious item.
    Any idea how it dropped?

as a pointer xenia is highly intollerant to hypo salinity. it stops pulsing. leasions form on the stalks and it eventually disintergrates.

It's always been on the low side but never had any problems until now, Some corals have took longer to decline but most of these only seems to have occurred over the last couple of days..
I bought my salty RO from LFS which i think may have been slightly under salted ...eventually over time would reduce the concentration down..

There is a multitude of things which i've recently done which may have upset the applecart...could it be to do with the lack or too much lght...
Would the dye off the pink putty do anything as been fixing frags down also..

Stability is key - corals dont like rapid change to their environment.
Your system has fluctuating salinity and some elevated nutrient levels which wont help.
Invest in auto top unit (for the RO water top off) or at least put a mark somewhere on the tank so you can see the evaporation and top off to that level.
