If you want the sodium bicarbonate to slightly raise your ph at the same time as your Alk you will want to spread it out on a clean tray and bake it for 1hr at 300F. Otherwise it will most probably not affect your ph or even slightly lower it.
The solution to pollution is dilution

just done full tests my ph and Kh ar a little low, I'm due a water change this Sunday so will test again on Monday evening but want to stock up this weekend on what I need to raise it, what do you recommend? Do I just need baking soda? My full tests can be seen in signature
first thing is fortnightly water changes wont help to keep things stable your be better off keeping to weekly but changing to 5% instead of 10%

as said in Jas post bake the bicarb in the oven to change it to carbonate this will stop the addition from lowering your PH note carbonate cant be kept so will need to be mixed with RO water very soon after baking else it turns back into bicarb

to raise 350 litres by 1 dkh you need 7 grams of carbonate

if you bake 133 grams of bicarb this will give you about 100grams of carbonate mix this in 2 litres of RO water

and times the amount you need to dose by 20 to give you the ml of the mix you need
    so 7x20 = 140ml
