HI ALL

Please note that our web hosting company has admitted to making an error which has resulted in our website going offline this morning. This has taken down all our emails with it.
Please be assure that we are still here working hard and currently shouting very loudly at the hosting company to get it back up and running asap.

This is not a Berghia-uk Fault its a problem with the hosting company.
They have said it could take 48hours but we are not accepting this so fingers crossed and it will be back up soon.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused with this tech error.

Hi

We removed that link as it was confusing people and replaced it with the Email link. At the moment we only accept orders via email. If you want to drop us an email from the email link we can take the order for you.
It does state below that that we will replace the buy it now buttons soon.
You will be able to order direct from teh site again but at the moment we want to be able to ensure that customers are ordering the correct amount of berghia for their infestation and that they accept that we are not automatically shipping them out next day without pre arranging a shipping day. We also need to ensure that you do not have other things in the tank that might effect the berghia.

Neil, It does say below the 'Click here to Buy it to Buy' that we will replace the buy it now buttons soon. And we are not ready to replace them at the moment.

Hope this helps, so website is working as it should.
We did put the instructions on ordering in Red and reasonably large writing so people would see it.

Hi Below is the bit copied form our site where the buttons were removed with the line immediately below it.
Too many people were ordering direct from teh site and not reading the information about the berghia and shipping dates etc so we have to operate orders via email at the moment to ensure people are fully aware of everything.

Our email is info@berghia-uk.com you just have to ensure that you receive our emails as some accounts changed their spam folders at start of year and now delete unknown emails before you even get them. But as far as I am aware Sky are not one of them, yet anyway.
