The McCoskers Flasher wrasse is the most attractive of the wrasses with bright vibrant colours. The male McCosker's Flasher wrasse has a orange colour on its back and sides with bright blue bands on its yellow fins.They are similar in appearance to the Carpenters flasher wrasse but can be differentiated by its single elongated dorsal filament.
